There have been many, many Sonic publications since his debut in 1991. The following lists those in my collection. I also have many Sonic comics, my collection which can be seen HERE.

Adventure Gamebooks

Unlike most gamebooks, these were largely pictorial, and instead of directly telling the reader which page to go to next, there were activities such as spot the differences, mazes, and finding the number of a certain object on the page. The interior artwork of these is particularly nice.

Ladybird released two children's storybooks based on the series. Currently I only have one of these.

The Where's Sonic? books are look-and-find books, similar to Where's Wally. The interior art is based on various Zones from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and 3.

Adventure Gameooks

Unlike those published by Ladybird (above), these Gamebooks are more like choose-your-own-adventure books. At the beginning of the book, a profile page allows readers to choose Sonic's (or Tails' if you're playing Zone Rangers) abilities by assigning numbers to certain traits (e.g. speed and strength), as well as keep track of any items collected during the story.

Sonic the Comic

Grandreams Ltd Yearbooks (UK)

When I first acquired these I thought they were part of the UK Sonic the Comic series. As it turns out, they predate both that series and Archie's comic series, featuring some of the earliest Sonic comics made available in the UK. However, many of those who went on to work on Sonic the Comic also worked on these yearbooks, hence the similarities. More info can be found on the Sonic the Comic Wiki.

Sonic the Hedgehog Encyclo-speed-ia is an encyclopedia and art book about the Sonic . It was released in December 2021 as part of the series' 30th anniversary celebration and is written by Archie/IDW Sonic comic writer Ian Flynn.

All About... Sonic the Hedgehog was a magazine produced by Egmont released in the UK. It comes with puzzles, facts, posters and comics. An included disc shooter toy resembles a Game Boy Advance SP and an assortment of stickers. (You can see a clearer image of the cover HERE.)
Sonic the Hedgehog Super Interactive Annual 2014 is a hardcover book published by Pedigree Books Ltd. that was released on 17 September 2013. Using an app you can scan certain pages for AR conytent.
Stay Sonic is a guidebook detailing the world of Sonic under the Early Sonic canon. It was published in the UK in 1993 by Penguin Books under the Fantail imprint.
Solid Gold Guide No. 1: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is an official SEGA guide book for Sonic 2. It contains screenshots. Published by Scholastic in 1993.
Speedrun is a fan-written history of the Sonic series.
This cool little set is from Running Press. It came with small PVC figures of Sonic and Tails as well as a book containing information about them and their world and friends.
